The 'Australian Business Week' was the first time Sydney teenager Kelvin Yip could showcase his creativity on scale. Having only focused on his creative talents over the past few years, the Year 10 Carlingford High School student definitely left a mark on professionals within industry.
The 30-second product advertisement for the ABW simulation not only won the in-school program, it was further commented on by CTOs at leading creative startups and enterprises in Sydney. One CTO commented "it is amazing that someone can make something as professional as this, at any age".
Yip states that he has "aspirations of becoming a videographer or director even" within the future.
Being a young creative isn't easy and having the strain of developing your skills against other young people is also very challenging at times. When asked who has inspired him creatively, he mentioned; "I have been inspired by [creatives] such as Casey Niestat, Devin Graham and Simon Cade".
