I think that Sydney is one gem of a city.
For many of us, we settle in one place, but in business, we can't settle with one place if it's not going to grow and develop our vision, mission and objectives for the organisation.
The human psyche suffers severely from change. Even if we are comfortable with the initial thought, eventually the transition from one place or circumstance to another will create doubt with our chances of being satisfied - this destroys our vision.
We need to embrace change and adjust if necessary.
The fact is that the majority of society is afraid to adjust. If I was to tell a small business owner that they had to move location in order to gain additional sales, they would immediately doubt my insight. Aside from human nature, this incompetency to create and diversify often comes into doubt when faced with change.
So I ask you this: If you could make ten times as much revenue if you moved 1000 kilometers away, would you move? This is a closed question.
If you chose yes, think about what your motive for the move is. In contrast, if you chose no, what excuse are going to give me? Anything that you say will be an excuse rather than a motive, and that is your choice. If you want to acquire sales, how much do you really want it?
Adjust or lose - period.
