Whenever we see an opportunity, our conscience presses our limitations. On the same note, whenever we see a limitation, our conscience finds a slight scent of optimism - what does this tell us?
I often get told that I 'tell everyone to be an entrepreneur' and I make comments that 'everyone should be in business', when in fact, I do nothing of the kind. In my view, individuality is one of life's most fortunate outcomes and I have always respected everyone's differences and interests. To go one step further, how we embrace each others' differences and variable qualities, to me, represents how we interact as people within our society, and some people may interact more than others.
All individuals have various differences, and it is natural to think, act, speak, and even hear differently than others. Not everyone would be a genuinely successful builder, chef, doctor or entrepreneur, however, we should also acknowledge and respect that individual qualities may align with others' qualities, and that is when teamwork falls into place.
As mentioned above, different qualities are seen in everyone, but in no point should a person blame or accept that their values cannot be welcomed because of someone else's opinion. Too often businesses face the dogmatic reality that surrounds us everywhere in this world, and we should not give in to it.
